1. I usually use Canon cameras and sometimes the iPhone. However, I've also used Nikon, Sony, Kodak, Minolta and Yashica cameras in the past.
2. Yes, I sell and license my photography but only through direct and one-on-one deals. I don't offer my work through general retail.
3. Yes, my work has been published in print and online, and seen by people around the world.
4. Yes, my photography has been judged and selected for galleries and museums.
5. Yes, I'm well experienced in photography and filmmaking and up-to-date on the latest cameras and lens and software. See 'About' me.
6. Yes, I offer training and workshops in... The Great Smoky Mountains, Charleston, SC and Atlanta, Ga.

2. All images on this site are authentic photographs created by a photographer and a camera. There are no AI (artificial Intelligence) created/enhanced images on this site.
3. This is a professional services website for publishing non-funded/non-sponsored photographic studies and observations. Images published on this site are not a public offer for sale or licensing. 4. The Explore Act, signed into law by the POTUS on January 4th, 2025, allows "content creators" to photograph and film in National Parks and Publics Lands without permit.
5. All photos and videos were taken or recorded in public places or in view from a public place. It is lawful to take and/or publish photos or film people, places and objects in public places such as streets, sidewalks, a beach, shopping mall, parks or other public place without their consent. There is no legal expectation of privacy in these places.
